At the moment while doing entries you have candidates in order of their Surnames. It is impossible to change it to do this in the candidate number order. Both orders should be selectable according to the user's wish.

It would be helpful if teachers could specify who they are sharing comments with (e.g. other teachers in their year group/department), or alternatively, if shared statements could be filtered by subject and year group.

The box would be better as a rectangular (like Medical Notes) as easier to read than the small square it currently is.
