Please can we have a warning when our session is about to timeout, providing the ability to be able to stay logged in (like Biostore). It's frustrating for schools to be actively using the system, for it to suddenly time out.

It would be really useful if parents could be added to a waiting list, or set up an alert if a space becomes available at a club. Thanks

Prince Regent Street Trust would like to be able to filter parents by reg group or year group. For example, if inviting particular years groups to an event when a response is required.

I can check which parents have read an email I have sent, but I can't check who has read a form. I can only see when they respond.

Currently names with an accent are not synchronised correctly, and random characters are added to a students name making the actual student's name corrupt and unsearchable in ParentMail.

Hello, it would be really useful if Parent Mail had an in-built in signature which all users who login in to the Marshgate account automatically have. For example, I copy and paste this into the end of all our emails: Marshgate Primary School 157 ...

If a parent has not registered with Parentmail they do not receive a FORM electronically - system produces a paper copy. Is there any way to be emailed the form with a message saying e.g. "to complete form, please register for an account".
