When logging an accident in the medical module - having the option that notifies the class teacher

When the nurse logs an accident, she also has the facility for the accident to be sent to the class teacher.

Email Staff of a Cover Stand Down

Changes can come in last minute, post publication. Should a cover be deleted then it would be really useful to have the covering teacher emailed about it.

Photo / image stored against each student contact (optional)

We should be able to upload a photo against each contact in the same way that we can against staff and students. These should be available via the API and other reports.

Improve Registration and Entrance Fees UI for Custom Fields

It would be great if custom fields could follow the 2 column layout of the built-in fields. Additionally, the inconsistency between the style of date field between built-in and custom fields is quite jarring.
