As it is required that invigilators confirm identity of all exam candidates it would be ideal to be able to upload private external exam candidate's photographs

Embed a PDF into an email

It would be helpful, when using email wizard, if we had the option to embed a PDF within an email as well as the current option of attaching it.

Resending an email

The ability to tick a box and resend an email communication to a parent/student rather then having to go through the whole process again of sending it.

Warning for Schools when importing DfE CTFs not to update Basic details so case of names not changes in the system

When importing Assessment files from DfE if a school forgets to change the field to not update basic details it changes all the Pupil names to capital letters in Ed:gen. A warning message would be helpful.

Assistant House Directors - facility to house two AHD

Reports printing - removing PDFs released to portal

It would be very helpful if the PDFs released to portal were displayed alphabetically when clicking on the numeral under FILES. To find the PDFs the user wants to remove is presently very tedious.

COVER of Cover. Subject Teacher to take Specialism and be covered for 'Other' subjects same period

Making gradebooks, current and historic, available/published onto pupil profiles

We only use Gradebooks for academic progress and performance. We are battling to find a meaningful way of viewing a particular student's progress on their pupil profiles. Currently, it seems as though the Gradebook integration into pupil profiles ...
