Email Staff of a Cover Stand Down

Changes can come in last minute, post publication. Should a cover be deleted then it would be really useful to have the covering teacher emailed about it.

Adding UPN outside term time

Schools need to be able to add a UPN for an applicant at any time of the year, not just during term time (the terms are set up in School Manager and determine when a UPN can be added to an applicant record).

With all the updated visa requirements, it would be very useful to be able to view and export a list of the documents that are linked to a child's record. This would help identify where the gaps are without having to go into each record.
