Ability to report on ALL custom fields regardless of the module

We have set up a custom field in Agent Manager so we can rank our Agents but can't retrieve this information in reports. All custom fields should be available for reporting regardless of the module.

Show students preferred name in student portal and anywhere related to iSAMs

This is crucial as the student chose their preferred name for a personal reason. We must have the option to show their preferred name in all systems so it does not cause any discomfort to students.

Save reports as favourites

Some departments require difference filters for example project codes. It takes time to select all the project codes for a filter. It would be better to be able to save those filters as a favourite.
