Delete function for appointments

Please could there be a delete function for calendar entries/appointments on the Medical Centre module as sometimes dates are input wrong and then we have an appointment sitting on the system that is incorrect and will not be fulfilled.

Generate Combined PDF tick box defaulted to ticked

It would be helpful if the tick box to Generate Combined PDFs was defaulted to ticked (I can't think of a reason why you wouldn't want it ticked). And I keep forgetting to tick it which is frustrating!

Identifying Establishment Number of School when creating CTF

Email Wizard - list of from options

Seating Plans
