It would be extremely useful to be able to see all contacts and where they are used in iSAMS, primarily to know if there are duplicate contacts and identify which pupil they are attached to or bill.

With the old parent portal you could mimic being a particular parent which made it really easy to troubleshoot issues. It doesn't look like it's possible the new cloud portal which means we are having to go back to parents and ask them for screens...

Some of the sections in cover manager like department of teacher or role aren't needed. Instead could we get the teachers timetable loaded so we don't need to click to open it. It would be faster so see at a glance.
