In Version 6 there is an option to add the Location Column in any of the detail equiries and favourite reports. This is not available in version 7 and so unable to provide the accountants with the Trial balance by Location and have to use version 6 to do this.
Can location be added into version 7 for the filtering?

Hi Sarah.
This is actually an option already in V7, although you do need to make a couple of changes.
If you navigate to Enquiries | Trial Balance | Nominal Analysis | Add Criteria | select 'Location' and 'All' | OK, you should now see a location column. Of course you can save this as a favourite so you don't have to do those steps every time.
