Currently, when an activity is awaiting documentation, the colour is red or green. Green makes it look completed and that there is nothing outstanding, whereas red makes it appear as if the activity has not been completed. This has created a lot of confusion within our trust. A simple choice of amber would alert all users that there is still an action to take place.
