Unfortunately, there isn’t currently a function to map checklists to schools directly from MAT level they would need to be created at each school level individually. A possible workaround is to add the checklist to a MAT‑level activity and then map that activity down to the schools.
It would be much easier if a MAT level checklist could be copied to school level activities, this would promote consistency across the trust. eg we have 6 minibuses at one school that have been set up at school level, they would all need to be set up at MAT level to apply the MAT checklist or the same checklist would need to be set up at each school that has multiple minibuses, which is laborious
