The guides do not explain to a user the different between and approve and amendments suggested process. We have more than one approved and if someone suggests an amendment it deletes the whole policy. This is time consuming and a waste of time as we have to keep adding back the policy. Why does not not collate all approvers comments and then a new version can be uploaded.
