It would be really helpful if you could add needs completing, ie a MS Form but somehow the system knows it has been completed. A little bit like adding a checklist to the document that needs answering before confirming it is done.
EG I need them to complete a Business Interest Declaration. So I need them to tick Yes or No. If yes they need to provide details. Currently I still need to to this outside of the Every system. I have attached a file that I will now split into 2. Code of Conduct can be done on Every but the Business Interests needs a question answering.
