It would be useful if customers were able to import pay elements against multiple employees. Currently employers have to enter against individual records, which can be time consuming if there are significant volumes.
For example, customers may have a pay element to enter into EveryHR on hundreds of individuals across their MAT in a given month for it to be processed in payroll. Having an import functionality would save the customer time adding changes to individual records, if completed via an import. There should be final checking process in place prior to the import being made on records, to avoid any errors importing on to incorrect employees prior to payroll instructions being submitted via the API to payroll.
Should functionality be developed and rolled to support the customer with this, an adequate training guide/video should be created to aid adoption and ensure value from the functionality.
