Employers may have staff with limited digital literacy, making it difficult for those employees to submit time & expense (T&E) claims through self-service platforms within the product.
It would be helpful if there was functionality that allows employers to create and submit T&E claims on behalf of these employees. While self-service remains the preferred approach, this feature would give employers the flexibility to support staff who struggle with technology, ensuring claims are processed efficiently.
This will help the employer to:
1) Increase accessibility within their organisation
2) Reduce admin delays caused by incomplete/missing submissions
3) Maintain engagement with self-service for most employees while offering a safety net for vulnerable staff.
4) Improve overall compliance and satisfaction, as employers can take responsibility where needed.
