Absence reporting - The details box which you can't report on from within an absence instance. For example, when an absence request is made and details for the absence are added to the details box, I cannot report on this information as there is no field in report builder to select. There is a comments field but this relates to comments the approver has added, which isn't what we need. This is where we would want staff to detail any information such as what lessons they will need covering in their absence but we can't see this information unless every absence is opened individually and a note of the information made.
