Staff are unable to claim for an INSET date without us having to switch off the ‘Outside Working Hours Only’ option for overtime on all 21 schools, and then switch it back on after staff had made their INSET claims. This doesn’t really sit well with us as it opens us up to the risk of staff claiming for overtime for hours that already form part of their contracted hours
