In the absence module, it would be helpful if we could set the total number of days per year for each absence types (eg. an employee can only have 5 days compassionate leave in an academic year). After the 5 days, the system would then not allow them to request any further compassionate leave. We currently spend an inordinate amount of time checking how many of each absence types an employee has already had before confirming whether it can be approved or not.
