We have some employees who claim an uplift for certain hours they work at a higher level (so for example if they are a TA, but for 5 hours 1 week they act up as an HLTA, they need to be given the difference between these rates as an additional payment). We believe we can achieve this via the Time Items option, however we would need to link to either direct employees or to user group so we could maintain who sees this - at present this is not possible in the system
