Currently phased returns are notes only, and absences are not synced to SIMS for non-working time. It would be very useful if the system could suggest and save absence periods that are outside the phased return working time (based on the staff member's usual working pattern) that are linked to the phased return, so these are synced to SIMS - that way cover can be arranged for when that member of staff is absent, and they can't be used for cover when not available.
