We currently have over 100 members of staff using Every. Staff are now required to upload their training certificates, which are then sent for approval. However, when a certificate is submitted, there is no way for the approver to see whether that certificate has already been uploaded previously without accessing the individual staff member’s record.
This means we have to manually check each employee’s training record before approving a certificate, which is extremely time-consuming. In the event of an audit, there is also no central report available showing which certificates have been uploaded and retained as evidence. Instead, we would need to review individual records for all staff members to gather the necessary documentation.
It would be extremely beneficial to have a reporting function that shows certificate upload status, approval history, and uploaded evidence across all staff members in one place. This would significantly improve administration and make audit compliance much easier to manage.
