We'd like to be able to create a custom report that can be emailed out to specified users automatically.
eg the Principal would like to receive a list of staff who have a birthday each month - we'd like to automate this to go to his PA. However, we could use this in many other examples.
Hello there - I think there is merit in creating an automated email which is triggered when absences of a certain type has hit the limit - or even when the limit will be hit the next time an absence type is taken. For example, we allow 3 paid days in a rolling 12 month period - we would like to be notified when a colleague has reached 3 so that we can have a discussion with them as to what happens when they make another absence.
