'This is an excellent system that holds the data but does have a flaw that requires attention. The previous entries are auto saved and available on a separate tab on the same record. This has a dual issue of effectively having two records and a leavers tab. This data should be removed totally from an SCR when a person is no longer in the setting. This is a system issue, not a school based one, but nevertheless, requires attention to rectify'
