I was attempting to see if we could automate the production of sick pay letters from Every Data and, to complete SSP1 forms, a required field is an employees Payroll/employees/works number or similar. Currently i have been informed that this is not a reportable field on Every HR which will mean my team have to locate and complete that section of the SSp1 form manually. This is the only field that is preventing the automation of this process entirely so would save us significant time and would potentially allow other Every HR users to also do this.
