Can we have an automated alert set up whereby alerts can be sent to a designated group of staff when a particular trigger is hit. For instance, on our previous system, we could set an alert to go to all staff on the 5th of each month to remind them that the cut-off date for time sheets was approaching. We used a range of alerts that were either aimed at individual staff, or different groups eg Line Managers, all staff who started within a particular period, staff who were due to leave (advising them what they needed to do returning equipment etc). There were endless uses so it would be great to have this facility please.
