Audit trail showing I created a task to create an SCR record
I have significant concerns that your system is creating an audit trial which states that I created something I didn’t. This is inaccurate, misleading and just not correct, which undermines any audit trail. If this needed to occur, then ‘system generated’ would be the only accurate stamp.
I do not want a task creating – if I did, I’d create one. Adding yet another task I don’t need just clogs up the system for myself and colleagues.
I do not need a task – incomplete elements of the SCR record are flagged in ‘incomplete records’ within the SCR, so the task is wholly pointless.
I had already contacted support (the initial action) but had no resolution. Contacting support again has just generated another ticket.
