Absence Instance Grids - Paid/Unpaid Status

It would be really helpful when viewing absence instances in the absence management module if it showed whether the absence was paid or unpaid. Currently, we run two reports: the absence instances and then the paid and unpaid report and have to amalgamate the two. which is not efficient (Ideally, I want to be able to see if an absence is paid or unpaid on the employee dashboard, which lists their absences (under list view), without having to go into the individual absence).
