When an employee changes their personal details the email notification only details the employee’s name and what has been changed. We have over 1700 (includes casual employees) and have several staff with the same name. The colleague in the central team who reviews these changes has to search each school to establish which school the employee is from, which is not effective use of the employee’s time.
