Having the ability to email feeder schools through iSAMS would help us greatly too.... this would prevent any potential data errors by having to extract to Excel and then use email merging plus would be a time saving tool with a record of the emails sent held in Communication History (which I note exists in Other Schools Manager already so there must some functionality already in existence?)

Hi Jenny, we asked for this back in 2022 as we wanted the functionality to request references and were told -"They have added this onto the Feature List for the Admissions Portal and it is scheduled to be complete by the end of the Calendar Year." I don't know if this happened as we stopped using the portal....do you use the portal?

It is a huge inconvenience for Admissions teams that there is not an email wizard for school records in the Other Schools module. Or the option to email an applicants previous school via the email wizard in the Admissions module. This would help enormously when trying to contact previous school's for references and safeguarding information at the applicable stages during the admissions and joining process .
