Send single R&C email when multiple awards or sanctions are submitted. When a teacher adds multiple rewards or sanctions for a pupil using the wizard (e.g. 3 merits) send these in a single email rather than 3 separate emails which all go one after the other.

Teachers not to receive duplicate emails for Rewards & Conduct

If a teachers is a Tutor, Head of Year and House Parent, they are receiving 3 emails each time a Reward & Conduct is set. Can some logic please be added so they only get the one email. Thank you

We would like students to be notified of certain sanctions (e.g. missing equipment or late to lesson) but not others as the comments on some should not be visible to the student
