Uploading every academic report for a pupil to 'pupil manager; is a tiresome task.
PDF reports generated using 'Report printing' should be linked to 'Docs and files' of 'Pupil Manager.
iSAMS has the unique ID for pupils and it can be used to identify bulk photo upload etc. We can see the unique ID while using 'Portal publishing' [zip download]. Can't this ID be used to upload a PDF directly to pupil's document section?
Ex. There should be an option in 'Portal publishing' under 'Report printing' where we get to choose [or by default] any document published to 'Parent Portal' can also be uploaded to that pupil's profile.
I concur with the previous comment that these documents may be better in Pupil/Student Profiles. There is already an Assessments and Reports view there, where the text of reports can be viewed so automatically adding a link to the published report PDF file to that would complete the view.

This would be a very useful feature for most schools.
It could be saved against School Profile, or a different section related to academic reporting within the students record. But making sure that all reports are stored cronologically and can be retrieved in the future, so documents and file is a good option, but also worth considering if it should be in an specifc section for academic reports.
