Add a function to add student reports (PDF) to Pupil Profile after Portal Publishing

In Pupil Profiles > Assessments & Reports, the data is shown based on the reporting cycle drop-down. It's not user-friendly especially when teachers have no idea about reporting cycles. I have two suggestions:

1) Improve the page - instead of reporting cycles, replace with fields/drop-down such as academic year and term. Then only list the cycles, based on the results for these two fields. Users can then click on the cycle to look at the data/results

2) Besides showing the data/results, include the PDF that created from Reporting Printing > Portal Publishing. This will allow the users to not only see the data/results on the screen, but also the PDF which have been sent to parents.

Currently, there is no place in iSAMS to store the PDF created from Reporting Printing > Portal Publishing - which is a crucial piece so should be attached to the individual pupil.

I also agree to this idea. BUT, for the 2nd suggestion, there will be an issue if school reports in pdf are easily available to teachers or staff in Student Profile, aside from data security, there will be no control to withheld reports of students with outstanding fees. There should be an added feature that will not show school reports of students with outstanding fees (which can be switch on/off by Administrators).
