Hi guys, We are a billingual School in China. Our staff and students are comprised of Chinese and international students. Currently the system only allows our conduct and reward email notifications to be sent with Chinese Names. As out pastoral leadership is mostly expat staff, they currently do not not know which students o talk to to because their name is in chinese. When selecting the student to award the notification, the name shows chinese and the (preferred name), however when the notification email goes out, it shows only chinese name. This is causing significant issues with intervention. Could the notification system be modified to show preferred name also please?
