Need to export reports to Excel with preferred name and surname in separate columns and in title case:

This would be much more helpful when completing mail merge.
Currently unable to use data efficiently for our 100% Attendance Certificates (for example) due to names exporting into one column: | SURNAME, PreferredName| Having to column split across multiple sheets is very time consuming.
