The automatic email sent to parents to notify them that their child has a detention does not include details of the teacher who set the detention or the subject/area for which the detention was given. Parent feedback has suggested that this is information they would find useful. The template is hardcoded and cannot be changed in the front end of iSAMS. These merge fields should be added to the template.
