At the minute we are asking teachers to specify the teacher, description, Work Set and Department when giving out detentions but the notification to Parents doesn't include this information. it would be nice if we had the ability to customise the notification email with our own text and the fields that the teachers fill in.
It would be very useful to pull in the detention type so that it is clearer to parents the severity or content of the detention session.
This would be so helpful. The standard, automated message has no finish time or venue and so this would avoid angry parents waiting in the car for their children to be released (or not waiting patiently at all).
