Our librarian has awarded house points to an entire year group of 114 pupils using the functionality within iSAMS to do this (add multiple). He's ended up with 114 notification emails, and I suspect the form tutors have all had 20-24 emails, and the head of year 114 emails.
Please consider a way of grouping such notifications into fewer emails:
Submitter or awarding teacher - 1 summary email
Head of Year - 1 summary email
Form Tutors - 1 summary email
Parents - individual emails as currently happens
