In the Export Wizard there is a useful feature that allows us to filter an export depending upon whether the selected field has a value.

This feature tests for whether a field is NULL. However, if a field has an empty string as a value, the filter will return it as having a value.

It would be great if we could specify that we are only looking for non-NULL values, or whether we are additionally interested in looking at non-empty, non-NULL values (i.e. something that isn't an empty string).
