It seems that having one portal, such as WBM, where teachers can log different concerns:
CP/Safeguarding
Pastoral: Behaviour
Learning: SEN/EAL
Learning: Academic Integrity
etc...
by type and nature, and then have certain people notified, via email, with follow ups assignable.
I think pieces of this puzzle are available, but for us we have not found a way to do this yet, easily, at least. It seems you either get everything, or nothing. However, the DSL does not want to get bogged down with the learning issues, when there are APs/Pastoral leads for the behavioural issues, and curriculum leads for the academic issues, and student services personnel for the learning needs. And vice-versa, the pastoral, student services and curriculum leads, are not part of the safeguarding team and so should not be receiving these concerns.
It would be great, if either in WBM, or another module, these items could be sorted, at the point of input (by the teacher) and the relevant people were notified. Then, if a mistake has been made, it can be redirected by the receiver, and/or actions assigned.
Right now, we cannot see how to do this.
