Wellbeing Manager info stored to be sent as part of the CTF

We record all meetings, phone calls, and relevant information in this area, and have designed the system so that the data can be pulled into the Iris Central report. This information is particularly valuable when pupils transfer to other settings. However, to the best of my knowledge, the data stored within the Wellbeing Manager is not currently included in the CTF

Is there a way for this information to be included? Even having the option to send it as part of all CTFs would be beneficial.
