Most students are registered with a surgery but do not have a specific doctor assigned, as they can see any doctor within that surgery. Currently, when reports are generated, if a doctor is not assigned, the surgery information is excluded. This creates a flaw because the majority of students do not have an individual doctor recorded. Linking students to the surgery instead would ensure accurate and complete reporting.
