In the previous version before migration, we relied on the visibility of Notes to ensure we provided the correct arrangements specific to the candidate and the subject being examined. If we only see RA/R we cannot tell they mean Reader pen and Computer Reader.
We will be iterating on this release as you say. This was the big move to the completely new structure and the next steps are to make it more intuitive and simpler for customers. One of the other features we are looking into is allowing customers to add their own categories, thus having complete control on the list. For this suggestion, could you add it to the ideas' portal, we can the use this to prioritise this work. Great to hear iSAMS are considering adding in visibility of Notes for Exams for seating arrangements but frustrating that this was not included in this roll out. I am excited to hear that in time we will be given complete control on the list of exam access arrangements – we did request this 3years ago. Hopefully not just ability to ‘add’ but also ‘edit’ and ‘delete’ the arrangements so these are streamlined for our school. We await to hear further updates on this.
