When we want users to see that a student has a medical issue to be aware of, we use the medical flag. And because you use the term "flag" for this, you have also used a literal flag icon. But you also use "flag" as the term for Pastoral Flags - with multiple colors. (and it is also possible to "flag" a student record in Student Manager). When a user is viewing a list of students, it is possible for them to see multiple colored flag icons across the screen. To help people visually digest the needed information at a glance, it would be better to use a different icon for the medical flag. Perhaps ⚕️, since this is a fairly universal symbol for medicine/health would be better. Better yet, why not allow schools/admins to select the icon to be used for specific health/medical issues. It would also be great to call this an alert or something other than 'flag'.
