When viewing all a specific pupil's concerns (Wellbeing Manager > Manage Records > Pupil Name > Concerns) it currently only displays details of the Concern; viewing details of all the actions and their outcomes is either time consuming (as you need to go into the concern, view the actions, then view each outcome) or you need to use the Reports section. It feels like this fundamental part of day-to-day concern tracking by a DSL is hidden away. Viewing the outcomes is particularly tortuous in the main UI.)
We would like all details of the actions and outcomes to display under each concern on the Concerns page that lists all concerns. The actions and/or the outcomes could initially be hidden and need a 'click to expand' to keep the overall scroll height and database query manageable? Although an indication of Action(s) status would be helpful without having to expand. (It would also be good if actions and their status were more easily visible on the timeline view too. I'll add a comment to the existing idea with some thoughts on that.)
Some use of colour on this page to aid the identification of Active vs Resolved concerns and Open vs Overdue vs Completed actions would also be useful when scrolling down a long list of concerns.
Ideally when an Outcome is added this would set a 'Completed' date which could be displayed without having to view the action audit trail.
