I think it would be great to be able to manage duties/duty rotas through iSAMS.
It would be great to have the option of showing them on the timetable, though some duties may not fully align with the timetable timings/structure, and may be for one-off/ad hoc events e.g. school plays.
Reminders of duties, and alerts to changes of duties would be nice.
With the new iSAMS Bookings, when creating an event it would be great to be able to list the duties/roles that need to be covered by staff, so we can assign staff to them to make sure everything's covered.
Potentially could be used by non-teaching staff as well, e.g. for covering phones in the office, unlocking/locking up the school, etc. and ad hoc roles like checking tickets at school plays, first aider on school trip, etc.
