We are currently experiencing an issue with iSAMS. A staff member, Ellie, added a leaving date for a student yesterday (please see the screenshot attached); however, the date has automatically updated to the end of Term 3.
It appears that even when a leaving date is manually entered, it can sometimes be overridden automatically. This is creating additional workload and increasing the risk of errors.
Could the iSAMS team please review whether there is a way to ensure that manually assigned leaving dates are always retained within the current system logic? We would also appreciate any guidance on best practices to help prevent these changes in the meantime, as manually checking each record is quite time-consuming.
Additionally, could you please confirm whether the data is syncing correctly for all recent changes?
