I need to be able to display the correct pastoral tutor for each pupil at school. The difficulty is, in Well-being manager, I also need to assign workflows to a particular member of staff; for example, the creation of certificates from rewards and conduct data. The only way I can do this is to make that member of staff the 'Personal Tutor' for all students but this then means it is not possible to accurately display the actual personal tutor for each student. Is there a way to get a workflow sent to a specific member of staff without having to pick it from a very limited list of potential recipients and them being the Personal Tutor.
