Within the control panel it is possible to see the login history for a user. That login history will indicate whether they were successful and, if not, what the issue was.

One of the problems a user may encounter is that they have tried to log on to a platform they have no permission for. E.g. a parent trying to log into the Pupil Portal.

In such cases, the audit trail indicates that the user tried to log into the wrong platform, but it does not specify what platform that user attempted to use.

It would be great if the platform was indicated in such cases. This would help with tracing where login attempts are coming from.
