Grant users the ability to add their own 'Special Arrangements' to the External (and Internal) Exams module

I know that the new in-built SEN register (as part of Student Registers) does integrate with the Internal and External Exams Manager modules, which is certainly a step in the right direction. However, it still does not provide the functionality needed.

We, and I'm sure many other schools, really need to be able to log our own custom special arrangements. Currently we are confined to the ones provided to us by the in-built options.

It would be incredibly useful if you would enable users to add our own 'Special Arrangements' to the Internal and External Exams. See screenshots.

Thank you

This would be really useful and negate the need for the extra pre-determined tick-boxes I (among others) have requested be added. It would also offer more flexibility for when JCQ regulations are updated to add new access arrangements, as they are periodically.

Very much agree - the terminology urgently needs updating and widening - and we also urgently need to be able to untick special arrangements if they do not apply to a certain subject or an element of a subject so that we can comply with JCQ regulations

Agreed - in the UK, JCQ have changed the wording to ‘Alternative Rooming Arrangement’. The phrase Separate Invigilation is misleading and confusing. Anything we can do to be more flexible in this area would benefit all.

AGREED! It is so difficult when trying to confirm arrangements with pupils and parents.
Also, unifrmed special arrangements. The internal and external ones are different
