When you have a large number of exams to manage, it is easy to miss one out when putting a seating plan together.
Once a seating plan has been created, the only editing you can do is with adding or removing candidates for the exams *already* associated with that seating plan.
What you can't do is add an exam to an existing plan. Instead, you have to start all over as otherwise you cannot be sure that the pupils you are placing aren't already in occupied seats.
It would be great if the exams associated with a seating plan could be edited after the plan has been created.
Please, please, please do this - I am new to iSAMS and can't believe we can't do this, the only way I can manage this is by adding every single exam to every room (we use a large number of rooms). This is not only time consuming but confuses the invigilators as the seating plans list all the exams.
Also on Managing Seating plan why is not listed in time order, ie all the morning exams first and then the afternoon exams?
